Appointment Management
SAGEL’s Appointment Management system enables efficient handling of customer reservations. Here’s an overview of the key features:
Adding New Reservations
Use the + New Event button to create appointments.
Enter details such as date, time, customer name, service type, party size, and pickup option.
Modifying and Cancelling Reservations
Click on any reservation to update details or cancel it.
Canceled reservations are removed from the active schedule.
Viewing Reservation Details and Status
Click on a reservation for full details, including customer notes and special requests.
